I'm new and I'm here to hopefully decide whether to ditch my Elac B6 Debut speakers in favor of the newer version (6.2) or perhaps the Klipsch RP-600M. If GR made a mod kit for the B6 Debut I'd buy that and keep them but it looks like they don't.

Shortly after they came out Danny measured and came up with two mods.  First he modded the existing crossover and then he built a completely new crossover. Both seem to be very good. One of the first things you could do is line the cabinet with Norez. I have those and like them a lot.

If you are starting from scratch, just build out a pair of X-LS Encores and skip right past the performance of those other models (even with the upgrades).
