I have three NOS EZ80/6V4 rectifier tubes I have had since wayyyy back. They are NOS, tested in my TV10, but never used in circuit for any extended period. These are used in numerous current hifi pieces, such as the Border Patrol DAC as well as Woo Audio headphone amps and preamps. See photo below.
