Well known and well regarded.  Now difficult to find and expensive (https://upscaleaudio.com/products/philips-5r4gys-made-in-holland). 

$150 includes shipping within the US and paypal fee.

It is NOS or NIB.  Never used other than verifying that it played.  It was a backup for another I had, though I've been using a different rectifier for a couple of years now.
