I've been into home audio for many years now with the latest project being an active tri amped 3 way open baffle in the planning stage, although I have everything to build the two tri amps (ESP P101) and wide range drivers (Wild burro Betsy) and tweeters (GRv Reasearch Neo3). But, wife says I have to finish the ER Audio ESLIV's first and clean up the garage - of course she is right!
Current set up is stacked Quad ESL57's each using a QuadII power amp. Stereo coffee passive pre amp. Source is Opera Consonance Droplet 5 or a range of TT's with my Linn Lp12 as the preference. Use DIY cinemag SUT and DIY Tubes for HiFi PH16. With the upcoming amp and speaker project I have ventured into digital using an Intel NUC for distribution and filters created in rephase. This feeds a DIY 8 channel DAc with 4 channels of ADC.
Also have a few TT's to restore - Orpheus Silex and a mid level LP12.
