Zero Ohm. Adapters

Hey guys!

Do you guys recommend getting the zero Ohm adapters by Paul Speltz to ESL impedances more friendly?

Btw what will drive Martin Logan ESL better McIntosh MC152 or Coda S 5.5? Thanks 😊

I lack first hand experience with the  the adapters or amps you mention so I will not speculate. I can contribute I've used ML Quests for ~30 years. Their impedance dips to 0.7 ohm if I correctly recall the value. I suggest considering solid state amps which double their wattage as the load halves. If you prefer tube amps, make sure they can handle very low impedance loads. FWIW, I've used a Classe CA200 for ~25 years. I also have a pair of EAR amps but keep them disconnected in warm weather.

Hope this helps
