Hi all, newbie on here sayin' hello. An audiophile since i was a teenager, now retiring and going to make a pair of GR Research X-Statiks. I only ordered the kit yesterday so may take a while to cross the Atlantic. As an industrial designer I'm  giving the outside a new look to blend better with my house.  would you go black or red ???

is there a thread regarding good quality reasonable priced speaker to amp cable?
has anyone used HEGEL amplifiers with GR X-Statiks ?

If you’re interested in DIY cables, I’d highly suggest checking out GR Research’ 24 or 16 strand cable. I haven’t heard them personally (just got the kit yesterday). But the components are top notch for sure!
