alita analog input

DAC-9 has analog inputs without A-to-D conversion
is the same on Alita, or the analog preamp input is digitalized?

Please help me to decide. I'm evaluating also PSAudio stellar. But I think Alita will pair better with my power amp.

Alita is the exactly the same as DAC-9SE, except it has additional headphone amp.
As an upgraded design over DAC-9, its analog input doesn't go through analog to digital conversion.
