balanced or single ended?

balanced or single ended?

I have two CD players in my Bryston system. One is connected to my BP26 preamp with an interconnect. The other is connected to my BDA 3 with a digital coax cable.
My question is should my 7Bsst2 amps be set to single ended or balanced.  I have them set to balanced with the gain at 2V.

Hi

I typically use Balanced an 1 volt setting but there is no wrong or right - its usually a matter of how much gain in have overall in the system.
