Better SACD & DVD-A SQ? Toshiba SD-4960 or Pioneer DV-56

Looking for an inexpensive universal player (~$100) so I can listen to SACD and DVD-A.  I don't really care about the video quality since I already have a DVD player dedicated to that.  So which of these two (or any other) players yields the best sound quality for SACD and DVD Audio?

EDIT: I'll be too lazy to mod it, so I'm speaking in terms of out-of-the-box SQ.
