I'd like to have a light similar to this only with real tubes but not sure how to go about building it. Anyone have any ideas? Are there any kits for something like this?

Most vacuum tubes expose very little of the filament. You'll see very little of them. If you are trying to get the effect of the box you are showing, you might be a bit disappointed if you use them. Why not just use specialty lamps like the ones shown?
