Introducing... JBL 4412A and Bryston 3B ST
« on: 29 Mar 2021, 09:27 pm »
Hi everybody,

And sorry if I misunderstood the "introduction: requirement. I am putting up a system to listen mostly to jazz and rock.

I would like to get in touch with owners of Bryston ST amplifiers as I have a hard time finding 12,000uF original (or at least manufacturer recommended capacitors). Not sure how wasted are mine (1 or 2 are 1-2mm higher in the center top compared to the circumference) as the amplifier sounds ok (to me :) ).

Also, I want to buy an used DAC with preamp for music streaming via USB  from my PC. Contemplating WADIA 122, NAD M51, M-DAC+, M2TECH,... I try to stay within 500EUR for a used one.

And a last thing - any thoughts about how would fit a Bryston 0.5B preamp with the above?

Thank you

Blackmore
