Newbie bourgeois audiophile
« on: 15 Mar 2021, 08:25 am »
Hi, I'm Frida, a new member and newly discovered audiophile (with all his limits). I have got a Audiolab 8000A amp, Kef 150 speakers, a Sansui SR-222 MKV turntable. I would like to upgrade my amp in order to get better sound quality out of it. Hope you guys can help.
thanks

  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.

Welcome Frida.
If your speaker are hi sensitivity as 100dB you could use a inexpensive small tube amp.

Look at AVA amps. They are fabulous.  I have done quite a few reviews on this gear and there are many fans of the gear here.  Audiophile sound without the prices.
