Bryston BDP-3 compared to original BDP-1 sonic difference

I have updated the BDP-1 to newest firmware and now using it in Roon Ready Mode connected AES/EBU digital to my McIntosh D1100 Dac which is also Roon Tested item.

Is there any sonic differences to be had by going to the newer BDP-3 player if using it in Roon Ready mode compared to the BDP-1 ?

It doesn't matter if you're using Roon or not. But there has been much debate regarding differences in audio quality so feel free to look around.
