As far as the battery in the bdp-2 ,I’m wondering if it should be changed.
Probably been 5 yrs or more.

As far as I know, the upgrade is 1500 dollars but it depends whether the BDP-2 to be upgraded already has a built-in IAD board or not which is 500 dollars alone.

Yes the BDP-2 can be upgraded to the BDP-3 but the BDP-1 can not.
