Original owner of this VPI table. Purchased new as an HW 19 Junior & brought it myself to the good folks at VPI where they upgraded it to a Mk III while I waited. The table does not come with a tonearm or cartridge. The armboard is drilled for an SME 309 which I have sold separately. Presumably VPI can supply a newly drilled armboard to accommodate any tonearm. The table is in very good condition with a few small marks on the dustcover & some minor smudges on the acrylic plinth. One of the rubber feet was replaced by VPI & is a bit different cylinderal shape from the others (not really noticeable). The table will come with a newly purchased belt, upgraded one piece VPI Delrin clamp & all original paperwork.

Pickup in Rockland County NY greatly preferred but will ship if need be - likely in 2 boxes (platter & table separately).

I own an HW-19 and a Jr. These are ideal tables for DIY upgrading and fooling around. Unfortunately I don't need a third right now, so I'll just say GLWS!!

VPI sells the tonearm boards new, don't mention drilling for specific arms on the website, maybe if you call they can do it for you. As you implied they are heavy into customer service.
