It's a pleasure to join you from Lancaster, PA.

I'm a devoted audiophile who entered the hobby about 6 years ago.  I consider myself a bit of a heretic in that my primary source component is a tuner, thanks to WRTI, a magnificent classical and jazz station in Philly ("a service of Temple University," as they say).

I, too, invested some years ago in a quality tuner. I mostly use it for background and “company” when I’m home alone. We’re not blessed with a quality radio station like you have.
We get down to Philly quite often to visit our “Disneyland”, the Reading Terminal Market. When I clear the tunnel, I’ll tune in to WRTI!!

Welcome! WRTI is a great station I listen to on the job most days via their app. Bob Perkins is a true giant/gem in the Philly jazz scene..simply the best!! A lot of my family moved to Lancaster over the years but I’m still here in S NJ.  8)

I'm also in the area and listen to WRTI all the time either in the car, through my Accuphase tuner, or streaming through a Node 2 and Border Patrol DAC.  It's a great station except for the opera they sneak in during the day.

Many thanks for the warm welcome from all.  It's especially wonderful to hear from people in this area or with a connection to Lancaster and from those who are fans of WRTI.  I'm really looking forward to learning from fellow members.
