This amplifier is ~ 6 years old; I've used it to drive Magicos, and then for the last few years a pair of Spendor D9s.
It is the best sounding amplifier I've ever owned. It is crazy overkill power-wise though for my Spendors and
I just purchased a Pass XA30.8 to use with my Spendors, so time to sell this gentle giant of an amplifier.
I've never had any issues with it. Cosmetically it looks very good as I don't see any obvious marks on it.
Shining a bright light on the faceplate I don't see any marks that might not be just in the finish, or dust or dirt.
That being said I will conservatively rate it a 7, if nothing else because of its age and it has a lot of surface area to look over with all of the fins...
I'll split PayPal fees and the buyer is to pay shipping.
Because of its size I am willing to drive an hour or so from the metro-Boston area to save on shipping.
I will ship it FedEx Ground, and freight is an option too as that approach would be the safest if it is going a long distance.
I've used UShip in the past with good results if freight is used.
It comes with its original box, powercord, and manual.
I DO NOT SEE the XLR jumper pins so if you want to run it single ended you will need to grab such pins from Pass or wherever else you get such jumpers.
I ONLY used it with balanced connections.
