Thanks for the feedback. I've been doing all kinds of searching for the past couple of months and there's so much information on the inter-webs that it becomes somewhat confusing leading to a paralysis by analysis state 

Any recommendations on SET amps, tube types etc? ...Within a starters budget of course

I forgot to add that my main set of speakers are a pair of 1980 Klipsch La Scala's that have been upgraded. Thanks!

With this speakers I would suggest Decware Rachel or some Inspire Fire Bottle for a ready assembled amp.

For a special custom order you would contact Radu Tarta or other builder.
