Hell all. I started down this hifi journey 12 years ago (had an account back then but it is long gone) and mainly focused on headphone listening as I don’t have a dedicated room (or properly laid out room) to set up a speaker system. Went through a revolving door of gear tubes and SS as well as headphones. Finally landed on JH Audio JH13s (version 1) which I still love to this day. Amazing sound.

I took the last 5-6 years but not I have a dedicated home office space and I’ve put together what I think is a nice streaming desktop system. I’m looking at a DAC upgrade as well as adding another pair of headphones (Meze Empyrean?).

My U1 mini has finally hit around 110 hours which is where I’ve read it starts to open up a bit. I have noticed some of the higher end glare or edginess is gone.
