Apple trademarks every single little phrase they use, often many years in advance. Of course, it's their attorneys against your ability to enforce it. Let's hope Clayton gets a gazillion out of it

The term spatial audio covers a range of immersive sound technologies for multichannel systems. So, it is an emerging area of sound technology and research. It has nothing to do with Spatial Audio Lab as a consumer products hardware manufacturer.

Suspected as such  thanks for the link to the article have a ordered a unit just to test it out, the delivery schedule says mid march so I will just go ahead and cancel the order, how very impressed with apples Mac mini m1 that we use at home for a Desk top computer

I'm currently typing on my new 13-in M1 Macbook, and my Mini 12 is mainlined and charging. Admittedly, they make some killer products. They also do a killer job of marketing over-priced, lifestyle-alignment products.
