1.5 meter (5 foot) pair of very fine Snake River Audio Mamushi Signature Gold speaker cables, the top line series from SRA.
They have a very unique construction. Here's SRA's description:
Our Mamushi Gold Signature Series of speaker cables are hand-crafted one pair at a time. We start by taking our own Snake River Audio CERTIFIED oxygen-free, high-density and purity copper wire which is plated with a minimum of 80 micro inches of 24k (.999 pure) gold. Not just one or two, but SIX strands are double-weaved to create a heavy, 14 gauge wire. We then add only the thinnest layer of Polytetrafluoroethylene (teflon) between the feed and the return, as well as a large air gap dielectric, and protect this configuration by surrounding it with magnetic shields. WBT 24k gold nextgen BT-0681 1/3" "sandwich" angled spades complete the clean signal path.

I've used many great cables, up to $3000/pr., and nothing I've used for less than a grand matches these. They are excellent, highly detailed and clean, like silver, but more full bodied with superb imaging and excellent bass power and definition. I've enjoyed them greatly, but need more length.
Note that these are quite stiff, and heavy due to the magnets.
There is wear and some bending on the angled WBT sandwich spades, which use thin conductors, but all are functionally sound. This is reflected in the very low price of these very fine cables.
The list price on these is $2295. Search for "snake river mamushi cables" and you can read some reviews of this series. Cables are like spices, so matchups can be unpredictable, but I'm confident there are no better candidates for this price.
