I purchased this from a US dealer maybe 4 years ago and it's in excellent condition. I went with integrated amps (3) and this has been in my spare equipment closet for about 3 years. I just took it out to try with an integrated that has a preamp bypass. I noticed some pops/crackles when adjusting the 24 step attenuator. I figured it was from lack of use but it didn't go away after heating up or use. So, I replaced (last week) the attenuator with a Gold Point 24 ($175) attenuator. Wow, noise is gone and it sounds better than I remember and is super quiet The pre is one of the best I've owned compared to many others and all were much more $$.  It actually runs barely warm with all those tubes! Bewitch is the OEM for the Pure Sound L300 - the difference I've been told is that the Pure Sound has 2 additional inputs and retails for a lot more $$. You would be amazed at the quality of this thing. It has RCA input and switchable RCA or XLR output. I'm selling it without tubes other than the WY01. It uses 6 12au7 - 1 300b - 1 5AR4, 1 WY-1 and 1 6922. At an additional cost I can include the following: 6 Telefunken 12au7, 4 Baldwin 12au7. Also a very special Western Electric 274B (1950) that typically sells for over $1000 - Amperex/Bugle Boy 5AR4 and a very unique Marantz 300B. The sound is big, open, refined, detailed and the background is SUPER quiet. NO REMOTE. The 3008 has pretty high gain but with the Gold Point it's as simple as adding 2 resistors to reduce gain - I already have a set of 4 that I never installed (20db pre attenuation).The 3008 retails for $2500 new from China plus whatever their shipping is. I'm asking $800 plus shipping tubeless - it's BIG and weighs probably 35-40 LB at least. I have the original double box and printed manual. Local pickup in Jacksonville, FL would be perfect.
