In great condition, only includes resistor bag. Was planning on keeping it for the long haul (thats why I tossed the original box) but I diy'd a preamp with a built in phono stage so I no longer need it. Sounds great!

BTW, you have a revision of the very first Phono-1 (which I have upgraded from, but just don't want to part with). Yours adds loading changes via the resistors. This is an awesome performer for the price - and well above the price. The rave reviews are justified. Very unassuming little box with excellent engineering. GLWYS.
