I just purchased this Bluray in the hopes of enjoying it with my new sound system. Anybody have any audio setting suggestions?

I assume this is the original 1950s version.  I'm sure the original was mono but they've added a 5.1 DTS-HD to this remaster.

Personally, I would try the 5.1 version.  Or both.  I would think a big action movie like this would benefit from the surround though.

I saw the original in the theater when I was a kid. Scared me big time, but not as bad as The Thing. I have also seen the Tom Cruise  version. I liked them both. Enjoy

It's been a while since I've seen that movie but wow was it a blast. So different from anything I remember. I don't personally have any tips though but I just wanted to say nice movie choice.
