Still working on thinning the large collection of speakers, and here are some very high end JBL offerings from their Array series. Originally these sold for around $9,000, but this pair has some scratches as highlighted in the listing, so their priced quite reasonably.
I am the second owner of these speakers.
Working ConditionThey work perfect and sound great. Bass is quite extended, probably reasonably flat to about 30Hz. These speakers do require proper positioning for best sound, mostly due to the rear port.
Cosmetic ConditionUnfortunately, the high gloss finish made it pretty difficult to get decent photos. The grilles are both in nice shape. There are some scratches on the lower front of one cabinet which can be seen in the 7th picture. This speaker also has some scratching on the side. The other speaker has a noticeable scratch on the side of the cabinet. The most noticeable marks are the scuffs and scratches on the soft rubber tops of the cabinets where the horn array is mounted. Luckily these really con't be seen from the front unless your standing in front of the cabinets. While there are some cosmetic issues, these still look pretty nice.
