Jason would be my "other" pick.  Dude could not be put down.  Even Freddie had a rough time with Jason...that being said the Predator would scare the deer droppings out of me at first sight.  John Wick has that Kwai Chang Cane vibe, without the humanity.

A bad-ass character is different than a bad guy / villain.  I don't think most people would consider Dirty Harry or John Rambo villains.  Certainly not John McClain from Die Hard - he was a hero.

How about Andy in "The Old Guard"? At 6,734 years old and pretty much immortal, do whatever you want to her, she just won't die. No matter how bad ass you are that has got to be really annoying.
