If those aren't Frazier Dixielanders they are clones.  Jack Frazier made speakers in the 50's, 60's, and 70's in Dallas.  His stuff was high efficiency in the mold of Altec and Klipsch.  The Dixielanders were often sold for theater applications as well as home audio.  I think the company is still around in the theater speaker business.  Overall, his speakers still have a following and well worth your asking price.
