Barely perceptible with my ear 2 inches away. Very low noise due to the toroidal design. Solid core. No noise generating plates of a standard transformer.

One technical note: this transformer has a very high rating of 3KVA, and in most audio applications will only be using a small fraction. Well below core saturation, and line isolation is extremely effective.

I got the one I ordered several weeks back. Nicely protected for shipping. These things are huge-around 15" in diameter and very heavy. High quality piece that must have cost many hundreds to produce.
I have it installed in my home theater setup. Sony 7.2 receiver, 65" 4k screen, Oppo 203. I immediately noticed better everything-picture, sound. It tightened things up. More clarity.
