Thx James,
Will phone tomorrow as emails at times are unanswered(sorry).
I’m amazed where usb can really effect certain components in the audio chain(sub)
Found that out switching to AES digital, let alone checking all wiring and connectors ect blah blah.
Anyway thanks I’ll give a shout tomorrow.

Now that I’ve cooled off a bit,I phoned Bryston and Mike is off today(not a big deal).
So disconnected everything on the dac to see if perhaps a loose connection inside.
All seems good there.
So reconnected the dac and same thing:
Usb+1 and 2 light up no sound.
AES I get sound.

I do find it odd that say if you unplug the dac’s PC that the usb cable you have to unplug and reinsert to get the led to light up.
The AES cable I do not have to.
Anyway off to Audioark tomorrow to home audition a BP-17 cubed so will take the dac in and send her off.
Now I have to resort to playing cds again,Oh the misery.
