For original specifications see hifiengine.com. These amplifiers have both been refurbished, modified, and re-tubed by Jim McShane some time ago and shortly thereafter put in climate controlled storage due to relocation. One has had the transformer covers repainted whereas the other has not and has some scratches in the paint plus a minor dent in the cen

0 tubes. Tubes have less than 75 hours of operation. Output is 60 watts per channel in pentode and 30 watts in triode mode which can be bridged in either mode for a single output. I used these bridged in triode as monoblocks which gave great sound. The one with repainted transformer covers and dent free I would rate as 6 and the other a 5. Asking price is $2495 and  $1995 respectively plus $150 for shipping. Payment by PayPal preferred. For questions I may be contacted at pmonroe73150@aol.com.

Could you provide a little more information about what you mean by "refurbished" and "modified?"   Have the circuits been modified from the original?

I will be happy to do so as much as possible. At the time my two amps were worked over they were done by Jim himself (which he no longer personally does, to the best of my knowledge). They were done about a year apart with every upgrade then available with respect to condensers, resistors, etc, The modifications were adding three pronged power cords, switches to allow either pentode or triode operation, and KT-90 tubes. Basically he went through each amp and replaced all parts he felt should be upgraded. I think the only circuitry changes were the penode/triode switches and adjustment to the meter on the back for correct setting of  bias and AC power balance for the KT-90 tubes. They were probably 75 percent rebuilt to original status. I unfortunately lost all the transaction paperwork during a move.

Regards.
