Beginning to look around for an inexpensive Mac Mini. Will use it almost exclusively as a disk server, so most bells-&-whistles will go unused. Still, I need the performance to be decent, so hoping for a minimum 8GB RAM.....or at least a Mac Mini model where I can upgrade the RAM easily.
