Look like single ended 2A3 or 300b triodes to me but hard to tell. Could be many other less common types as well.
But certainly monoblocks

The 300B is the driver tube, the output seems 211/845.

Hey!

    Yes, they are monoblocks. I think they are Cary Audio 805. Not sure which vintage are those but I remembered drooling over them back in the mid 1990's.

Seems correct, the photo are dark.
