Welcome!
Be prepared as in-room listening is a lot more complex and expensive.
Suggest you look for a house with potential decent listening room: not small, not squarish, insulated, and can be dedicated. And recommend reading Floyd Toole's "Sound Reproduction" 3rd edition, the consummate audiophile primer for explaining how speakers/subwoofers behave in-room. The book explains how nearly every residentially sized room has huge bass peaks/dips and the best solution: multiple carefully placed subwoofers. Absorption panels also help. Digital signal processing (DSP) should only be considered as "icing on the cake."
