Laurel Canyon - 60's & 70's music documentary

Laurel Canyon is one of the best music documentaries I have seen, maybe because I am the same age as all the musicians and grew up listening to their music. The gathering of so many talented and creative minds in one location to freely create and share ideas rarely happens.

Old footage with off screen commentaries by David Crosby, The Byrds, Jackson Browne, Joni Mitchell, the Doors, the Mamas and the Papas, Graham Nash, Linda Ronstadt, Don Henley, Michelle Phillips, Roger McGuinn, Bonnie Raitt and more.

Set aside a block of uninterrupted time for this two-part, 3½-hour musical history adventure on Amazon Prime/Epix.

Also watch: Echo In The Canyon, a documentary of the mid 1960's Laurel Canyon musicians.
