SOLD: Alta-Audio Celesta, FRM-2 Speakers, as new in original boxes. I am the original owner, and they are less than one year old. I paid $15,000 new, plus shipping for the pair. I am selling them for $7,000. The Alta Audio Celesta's, are called the FRM-2s for "Full Range Monitor." I can verify that the bass is superb way beyond what one would expect from a full range monitor, and the custom RAAL tweeter is divine.
Per Ron Nagle of Enjoy the Music: "These speakers produce a deep black noise-free sonic background on which smooth acoustic images stand clear." The FRM-2 speaker system has the most delicate crossover parts melded to the output of the woofer with the high frequencies from the ribbon tweeter.
