Vintage gear fair asking prices ?
« on: 9 Jun 2020, 06:07 pm »
I have two units I am considering selling: Marantz 2250b receiver and 5220 cassette. Both units function great, apart from a finicky power switch on the receiver. Both units I bought used off the web. The receiver has been recapped and with new lights. The cassette deck was rebelted several years ago, and does have some scratches on the meters window which do not show well in photos.  No wooden cases, manuals or original packaging. Condition I would rate conservatively 7/10, with both front faces excellent.  Looking for advice on fair market asking prices, singly or as a set. Thanks in advance for your serious responses.

PS if you are interested in am in SE MN, will want cash only no trades and do not want to ship.

go to ebay and look up your model. Sometimes people ask exorbitant prices, so go to "sold items" and it tells you what recent items sold for. Good luck!
