This unit has no issues. Mostly used for USB files, disc player hardly used. Selling due to other DAC being used. 105D is the darby edition. Plays bluerays, dvd-a, sacd, cd, usb files, files over ethernet.
The tubes are EH 6SN7's (I do have older RCA's if interested and a pair of sophias), and EH in power supply. (I do have a Mullard CV378/GZ37 if interested)
The 105D can rip SACD's as well. Please do not ask me how it's done. I have original box, remote, the modwright truth umbilical, well it's all there. This unit sounds seriously good.

BYBEE MUSIC RAIL UPGRADE
The purpose of the Bybee rail is to SIGNIFICANTLY (MEASURABLE!) upgrade the quality of the power feeding a critical voltage to the DAC.
This translates to lower jitter and a lower noise floor. This is an entirely different technology than Bybee purifiers which we have also used for years now with great success. This is a breakthrough technology!
The upgrades improves resolution, detail and decay which leads to broader sound stage and a more natural musical presentation, with out edge or glare.
AUDIO MAGIC PULSE GEN ZX UPGRADE
The Pulse Gen ZX operates on the principle of noise absorption in the space surrounding the internal power supply within the player.
It simply it adds more dynamic and detail, due to a further lowering of the noise floor.
