"As you might have gleaned already, there’s one DAC in the group that’s sonically blessed up to and beyond ‘wow’ and this is it. To be frank, the big MF sounds extraordinary – not so much as if it’s wandered in from a different class as a different planet. Its soundstage is wider and deeper, holographic in a way the best of the rest merely hints at. Its imaging has pinpoint specificity and presence you feel you can reach out and touch. Highs are more clearly defined, lows deeper and more visceral, and dynamic swings of an order you’d swear were the work of a much more expensive and muscular amplifier than the Hegel H90 integrated I’m using."
– HIFI-CHOICE GROUPTEST WINNER (05/19)

Selling this beautiful and built-like a tank recent champion of the Hi-Fi Choice Group Test winner vs. the Benchmark DAC3, Mytek Brooklyn DAC+, Audiolab M-DAC+, Leema Elements, and Heed Abacus DACS in excellent condition. Numerous rave reviews abound. I preferred this to several more expensive DACs in my system. The M6s is, notably, an entirely different design from the preceding M6 and its ESS Sabre 9028 and superb attention to its analogue stage result in a 119db SNR – truly state-of-the art. The volume control is also superb and can readily obviate the need for a preamp; I used it to drive an LTA Ultralinear amp directly with great success.

Asking: $900 obo. I will pay PayPal. Flat-rate shipping within CONUS: $55. Sold
Conservatively rating 8/10 for light use, and includes all original packaging, remote, ac cable, peripherals.
