metal tray loader,,,

This is the  "Blue Tiger" metal tray loader from Stream Unlimited used in our great Bryston CD-3s.

I ordered an extra  one from them through my Bryston dealer as a back up against future laser or spindle motor  issues...was about 600 bucks but gave me a lot of peace of mind.... :thumb: Note the metal guide  rails ...seems a hallmark if quality .... :thumb:

Good plan if you're like me and prefer to play records rather than do downloads.. :thumb: By the way the Bryston cd 3 is an terrific device ...love it. thanks once again Bryston for creating this fine player..... :D

I've had my BCD-3 for just over a year. Great machine! However, my tray looks different. The metal rods are the same, but the tray  is black & feels like plastic!

..Yes  the Stream Unlimited web site shows a black version...why you have this one maybe  Bryston can answer . Every picture  I've seen of the player shows the metal one .
