Michael (& others),
I recently purchased a second-hand pair of ceramic 4.0's off someone here at audiocircle. They were shipped in the original boxes, and everything arrived intact except that the component board broke loose inside one of them and was rattling around during shipment. I removed the driver and after a visual inspection of the board, it looks OK but I have a couple of questions before I fire it up...
1. Is there anything specific I should look for in damage before firing it up? Any precautions in doing so?
2. What adhesive do you use at the factory to bond the board to the ceramic? (as you know, the board is quite heavy)
Thank you,
Randy
