Quick Introduction from Cincinnati

Hi all,

Back in the day shopped (and hung out) at Lyric Hi-Fi in NYC/White Plains for gear.
These days using DACs and active speakers.
Finally cleaned out my basement after 20 years and have stumbled on some gear that I'll ask questions (when I'm allowed).

I've run DAC/pre with actives for years.  A simple yet superior way to go.  Currently using NAD M10 "streaming amplifier" with 16 year old commissioned single driver transmission line floor standers.  (Single drivers are active by default in my book.)
