I bought the 301 from Canada at the beginning of February and had it mailed to Chris at Woodsong for restore which ran about $1k. I had been through a lengthy restore with my Thorens 124 and wanted to find a Garrard that only needed minimal work and this one had amazing cosmetics and great mechanics before restore. It should now be ready to go for years to come. I am a horn player and an instrument that isn't on the used market too much and that I've always wanted has come up for sale, therefore the cause of this sale. If the instrument is sold before the turntable is, I'll happily keep it and it sounds great and is very fun to use. If you are interested in the Acoustand Skeletal Plinth it is in right now, I'm happy to make a deal with you on that.
