Hello from Nova Scotia

Hello from Nova Scotia

I have a 4B ST blowing fuses on one channel, alternating between the external 7A fuse and the 8A internal fuse.
Date code 9925, which means a year past warranty.  Figures.

This happened after a recent move.  I wonder if it was caused by shock damage.
It happens immediately when it is powered on.

Does the amplifier blow fuses with nothing other than power connected to it? No speakers, no speaker wires, no input ICs...

My avatar is a CF-105, circa 1958.
The amplifier only has power connected, and the fuse blows as soon as you push the switch.
Then you only see one channel green light, always the same one.

I saw one in L.A. 1957/1958.  Really!  It's OT, so I won't expand here on the circumstances.
