Hello all! I've been collecting and enjoying audio equipment for a number of years now, and I've reached a point where DIY seems like the obvious evolution of my experience, so here I am! While I spend more time on the road than at home (well, not LATELY...) I'm typically more of an IEM and portable audio guy but I do love my speakers! My current setups include Buchardt S300 mkIIs, Polk LSiM703s and occasionally some Vanatoo Transparent One Encores. Everything passive is driven by nCore or ICEpower-based amps, simple DACs and preamps (Emotiva PT100 or Topping DX3pro / JDSLabs Atom) and are paired with either SVS SB3000 or RSL Speedwoofer 10s subs. I'm not deep into the technical aspects of acoustics, electronics and woodwork, but I'm learning as I go and look forward to sharing with you all!
