Anyone use Slappa cases?
« on: 19 Feb 2005, 04:07 pm »
With two systems in my house, I've got CDs and cases all over the place. I'm thinking of just getting a couple of big portable CD cases so I can just haul the them from room to room.

I've read good things about the Slappa, but don't know anyone that has actually used them. Anyone here have any comments?

I've got one.  They're very nice cases- very sturdy, and each CD pocket has a slot behind it for the album art.  Unlike some of the el cheapo cases, the pouch material is very soft, and I've not yet had any problem with them scratching a disc.  They also come with a small cleaning cloth and the spine has an area to labelling similar to a 3-ring binder.  All in all my Slappa Hardbody is the nices sleeve-type case I've seen.

Thanks, Rob. What size case do you have? I am thinking of getting the 360 Pro to hold 180 disks, but a little worried about it being too big and bulky holding six CDs per page.

I threw away the packaging so I'm not sure what size.   It's not one the real huge ones- maybe about 80 disc or so?   I really thought to use if for CD-Rs myself.
