When will the Bryston offices open
« on: 6 Apr 2020, 01:34 pm »
James,

As the title suggests, when will the office be opened again. I have ordered some parts and Mike stated they will be sent when your back in business.

Thanks,

Mark

We have as many people working from home as possible - we can still take orders but we can not ship any product currently.

My SP3 displays the message Power Supply or Fuse failed.  This occurred last night when I powered up the SP3. Obviously sound is non existent and processor does not function.

Is there any hope I can repair this? Or am I without the SP3 until Bryston reopens.

Hi Hipp

So far they are telling us we may be able to reopen on May 20 but it is still a fluid situation. Email Mike as he is working from home and he may be able to instruct you as to how to change the fuse. mpickett@bryston.com

James,

I am waiting for a reply on 2 new relays that got delayed due to the crisis. Can you have someone update me on the status. Hopefully this other crisis will calm down as well.

I've been trying to reach Mike by email on and off for a couple of months during the pandemic and have not heard back. I'm trying to set up a DAC card upgrade for my BP17 Cubed preamp...anyone else I can reach out to?

I've received my DAC card, installed it but now my preamp won't turn on anymore! Not sure it's related, the standby power light won't even light!

I emailed Mike, and I left a message at the US Service no. listed on the website.

James,

There appears to be a back order delay for the 2.5Bc amplifier.

Any idea to when delivery might be expected?
