Introduction

Hello from the Canadian Maritimes. I've never been involved with DIY audio in the past but I have a love for music. Took early retirement several years ago so I've been enjoying life's little pleasures - music, movies and golf. Thanks for reading and have a great day.

Welcome!

Wifey and I visited the Maritimes 4 years ago, to explore the roots of the Acadians.  DIY audio is can be tough:

- Little/no chance to audition
- Can mess up (badly)
- Quality veneering ain't easy
- Resale potential sucks
- Can easily become deluded by the proud papa syndrome
