Lapsed audiophile
« on: 5 Mar 2020, 08:44 pm »
Hello! My name is David, and I'm a lapsed audiophile living in metro Vancouver, BC.
Used to have a pretty nice stereo focused on reproducing red book CDs and a high def FLAC library.
Pair of Totem Forest speakers, B&K ST-202+ amp, Pass Labs D1 DAC, some other nice things but they've been disconnected for years now.
Got married, needed more space for the wife's stuff, but can't afford a bigger place, so the stereo was packed away and I went back to headphones.
I've joined to get some insight into what's good in the headphone field and to also offload some of the gear I'm no longer using. Someone should get to enjoy them.

  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.
