I recently aquired a pair of vinage Merlins towers....the ones w/ the wood end caps and the foam wrap? Anyone know where I could get this foam? I checked the obvious sources like partsexpress, but they only have sound treatment stuff.
For just the cost of replacing the tweeters.....Morel MDT30's.....these are one fun pair of speakers. In my system they flat out rock and sound pretty good overall. Very pleasant, even w/ bad recordings.
