Musica Bella Ibrido 300/600 watt Hybrid Class D amp w/tube buffer stage from Response Audio
I am selling my Musica Bella Ibrido amp. It is in very good condition with a few very light marks. Class D with tube buffer. Has a Genelax Gold Lion tube and V-Caps. It is in amazing amp.
This amplifier design is from Bill Baker (Purity Audio) and is an absolute bargain, even when purchasing new at Bill's factory direct price of about $4000. The amp is in excellent condition. I am asking $1500.
The Musica Bella Ibrido is a hybrid amplifier. Utilizing the Seque single tube buffer stage, it provides a high input impedance of over 800K ohms before feeding a 300/600 watt Class D amplifier module. The amplifier module is a custom design by Class D Audio. The input stage is based on a single 6922/6DJ8 vacuum tube.
The Sound:
The tube like sound is complete, airy, dynamic, lively, and incredibly musical. The purity of human voices and accuracy of instruments is breathtaking. The Ibrido provides a fast, dynamic presentation without the dryness and sterility of other Class D designs. This is due to the 6DJ8 tube input stage and the natural tube like sound of the Class D Audio amp module. Resolution, transparency, detail and tube like sound are above and beyond what one would expect from an affordable amplifier.
